Variable data can be inserted throughout your direct mail letters. For instance, we can actually print the name of the individual onto each mail piece along with the address and city in which they live. Here is an example of what we mean:
Dear Mr. Prospect, (Name Prospect will change from letter to letter depending on the name of the person in the database.)
Your property located at (address) in the city of (city) is at a higher interest rate than it could be. Your current interest rate is (interest rate) and it could be (new interest rate). I am sure you get the idea.
