What is the difference between a consumer list and a resident list?
A consumer list contains a primary contact name and key demographic data such as: age, income, home ownership and the like. Resident lists do not contain names or demographic data and are lower cost than consumer lists. Resident lists are usually used for saturation type mailings when you are trying to target a geographic area more than a certain demographic.
